Port Connections

Advanced Virtual COM Port uses two types of virtual connections between ports. One is for connecting Virtual-to-Virtual ports and the other for connecting Virtual-to-Real port.

Virtual-to-Virtual is a standard full NULL-modem connection.

Virtual-to-Real connection is used for sharing real COM ports.

This is a straight-through connection.
